My Process
Step 1
Free Phone Consultation
We begin by scheduling a free phone consultation where I listen to your needs and challenges.

Step 2
Home Visit
I then visit your home or storage unit to take photos, measurements and gain information about the items.
Step 3
List Items for Sale
The items will be listed for sale and I will handle all negotiations and coordinate times for buyers to come purchase the items. ​
Step 4
Close Out
At the end of the term, I pass along an inventory sheet with your items' listing information and an envelope with your cash earnings. ​
